Machine history:
This machinery is Elmaksan made for the mechanical part and Thermatool for the welder and the cutting unit. Elmaksan is the leader of this sector in Turkey for this kind of machinery and Thermatool is also a worldwide known company respected for its machinery precision and quality.
Thanks to the Thermatool Alpha cut system, the machine is able to deliver material with a fix length from 350mm up to 12000mm to its customer with a sharp length tolerance.
That is how we delivered 80% of its production to end users
The targeted customers are those who needed different kind of steel products used by the sectors of steel construction, furniture, decoration, automotive, machine, satellite dishes, shelves, display and agricultural sector.
The tube mill is strong and robust thanks to its gears’ and motor’s choice, nowadays the same machinery type has smaller and weaker mechanics.
The maintenance of the factory (which this machine is part of) was held (periodic and preventive maintenance) in the course of time by a Team of 10 persons; 1 responsible engineer, 1 technical drawer, 2 electrical technicians, 3 mechanical technicians and 3 lathe operators.
